Busta Rhymes Set to Visit Ghana and Talks Collaboration with Burna Boy

In an exclusive interview with Berla Mundi at the pre-66th Grammy event in Los Angeles, Grammy-nominated artist Busta Rhymes revealed his plans to visit Ghana later this year for the holidays. The rapper, known for his dynamic music career, also discussed his recent collaboration with Nigerian Afrobeats sensation Burna Boy.

Busta Rhymes’ Visit to Ghana

Busta Rhymes expressed his eagerness to visit Ghana during the holidays, sharing that he had initially been invited by comedian Dave Chappelle in 2023 but couldn’t make the trip due to prior commitments. He stated, “I am not going to promise but that is the goal, to be in Ghana this year.” This announcement has sparked excitement among fans in Ghana and beyond.

Collaboration with Burna Boy

The rapper also delved into his recent collaboration with Burna Boy on the track “Roboshotta,” featured on his eleventh studio album, Blockbusta, released on November 24, 2023. Busta Rhymes expressed his excitement about the collaboration, describing it as “amazing” and “beautiful.” He also hinted at his desire for more collaborations with other African artistes, showcasing his openness to further engaging with the vibrant African music scene.
